143 cacti and succulents in 69 pots are now in my garage … in addition to the 39 cacti and succulents in my windowsills in 27 pots … in addition to 1 mother and 10 pups that I forgot in the front … in addition to 9 in the front garden … 2 upstairs in the balcony … in addition to 60 in the backyard … in addition to 21 prospects rooting in the coffin (really back garden) … and now I have an accurate census for when people say:
Well, how many cacti and succulents doooo you have?
I can promptly reply, 285.

This is my new trichocereus and lobivia hybrid (which was developed over the last ten years). It is about 15 inches tall and 6 inches in diameter with 3 offsets around the base, but the greatest feature are the blooms. It shipped with three, and two survived the trip. When open they look similar to daisies and the cacti are sometimes called flying saucer cacti due to the shape of the blooms. The blossom color is a mixture of pink and yellow - be on the lookout for when they open!
