This was mere moments before it tipped it down - look at that grey sky…

allotmenteering: Progress at Sunday 15th April I’ve got my frost protection in place for all my lovely seedlings. I have planted up 6 out of my 9 beds and have my broad beans hardening off in my makeshift coldframe.  I really need to sort out the path in front of my allotment, going to give it the vinegar treatment and see how well that works.

More raised beds.

We have now finally finished off the raised beds on my plot, I have the front fruit/herb area and then 5 raised beds (1.2m x 5m ish) and then 4 earth beds that I’m going to neaten by placing logs around the edges.

Phew. Done. Now time to get on and plant stuff!
